The Alliance for Economic Development of Oklahoma City

Through our strategic partnership, The Alliance for Economic Development of Oklahoma City has launched a groundbreaking initiative aiming to provide access to education and career opportunities in the tech industry for underserved communities in Oklahoma City.

Through this program, qualified individuals can attend our Software and Cybersecurity Engineering Programs and gain the skills and knowledge needed to launch successful careers in the world of technology and have their tuition fully covered.*Daytime Schedule Only

Basic Food Employment and Training (BFET)

This program provides employment readiness opportunities to Basic Food (SNAP) recipients who are not participating in the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families.

Through this partnership, qualified students are eligible to enroll in our 101, 102, 201, 301 and 401 courses at no cost.

BFET is an important part of the state’s comprehensive workforce development system, helping low-income individuals, displaced workers, and employers reach their human potential by encouraging economic well-being through skill acquisition, personal responsibility and gainful employment.

Veteran Funding Options


Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E)

The Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (VR&E) program is designed to assist veterans with service-connected disabilities in their pursuit of meaningful employment. At Code Fellows, we recognize the value and unique skills that veterans bring to the tech industry, and we are committed to supporting their career goals.

To qualify for VR&E funding, you must be eligible for VA education benefits and have received an evaluation from a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VRC) who has determined that you require training or education to overcome barriers to employment.

At Code Fellows, funding from the VR&E program can be used to attend any of our Ops and Cybersecurity or Software Development courses. These courses include lectures, lab, co-working and collaborative projects. *Courses can be taken online or in-person for either the Daytime or Nights and Weekends schedules.
