MobileDevHQ is an enterprise inbound app marketing solution. We help enterprise app marketers get more downloads by ranking higher in app store search and optimizing other inbound channels.
What’s unique about your company culture?
We’re a small team and believe strongly that we must enjoy the people we work with everyday. Every employee who joins gets a pro-quality table tennis paddle, and you can expect to work while playing. We also have some of the most talented folks outside of work, as well, such as an internationally recognized swing and bass player, to whom we often enjoy listening and dancing.
Where’s your office?
South Lake Union. We’re in the best spot in the city: the Founder’s Co-op/TechStars office. If you haven’t been here, it has a great open floor plan, awesome companies, and a stellar event space in the basement. Oh, and free lunch Tuesdays!
What do you look for in a candidate?
As Joel Spolsky says, Smart and Gets Things Done. Also, be memorable; we’re building a special company and need special people to do that.
What positions are you hiring for?
Frontend and Backend Engineer positions. Our buzzwords are: Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Mongo, Redis, AWS, Hadoop, responsive web design, and more! We have at least one frontend position and one backend position open right now.
